All search results come from the multiple listing service of the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors.  Because we strive to be a full search real estate team we also have access to the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and Lakeway Area Association of Realtors.  With all of this firepower we cover about a 12 county area.  To request and expanded search just fill out the Dream Home Finder and we will conduct a personalized search for you and email the listings to you. 

Your first search option is the Quick Search feature. With quick search, your choice of criteria are fewer and your hits are higher. To refine your search and get properties more to your liking with specific features, use the Advanced Search.  Here you can do all the things the quick search offers but with more detail. Once you have gotten the results  you want, you can request and automatic email alerts when a property matching your criteria hits the multiple listings.   Lastly, another outstanding search feature is our Map Search.  If you are a frequent visitor to the area and just want to see what's available in your favorite area............. just click on Map Search, find your area of choice and away you go. 

Pre-determined Specialty Searches

With the current condition of the real estate market (buyers market) a large portion of our business is in Forclosures and Short Sales.  So, we have simplified that search process for you.  Click on either of these buttons or the pages to the left to get listings for distressed properties.  We have foreclosures and short sales in seperate links because they are two entirely different animals and the process to purchase requires different expertise.  Again, we are happy to supply this information at no charge, but we will ask that you give us the opportunity to talk to you via email or phone and to that end you will ask for some info from you.  Janet and Ron are real estate consultants.........not salespersons..............our goal is to provide information and expertise.........not high pressure sales tactics.  

Lastly, in the left menu bar you will see links to properties for sale by subdivision or resort.  For example if you are a frequent guest to the area and always stay in Chalet Village you can now just click on that link and see everything for sale in Chalet Village.
