Pre-determined Specialty Searches

With the current condition of the real estate market (buyers market) a large portion of our business is in Forclosures and Short Sales.  So, I have simplified that search process for you.  Click on either of these buttons or the pages to the left to get listings for distressed properties.  I have foreclosures and short sales in seperate links because they are two entirely different animals and the process to purchase requires different expertise.  Again, I am happy to supply this information at no charge, but I will ask that you give us the opportunity to talk to you via email or phone for more details about your wants and needs.  Once again, REALTOR Ron is a real estate consultants.........not a salespersons.............my goal is to provide information and expertise.........not high pressure sales tactics.
